CANCELLATIONS & NO
SHOWS:
In an effort to deliver statewide Child Welfare training
in a cost-effective manner, we track and document many aspects of training
delivery. One
of these components is the tracking of “No Shows. No Shows are costly
because they do not allow sufficient time to contact staff on the wait
list, which results in classes being conducted at less than capacity.
Therefore:
| • |
A training participant will be considered a No Show
if the participant does not cancel in advance or fails to attend without notice. |
A letter identifying No Shows will be sent
to the appropriate agency or county supervisor.
